Hummus (Great Healthy dip for your vegies etc)

Week #2 Results for Gentle Giant (reducing fruit intake)

Weight 221.6 / Body Fat 27.3% Average daily calorie intake 2256 / Average daily calorie burn 711. So I lost 1.2 lbs and 0.2% body fat. The increased calories was due small indulgences while having visitors in town for the weekend. Again energy levels have benn cosistant throughout the day.
